EFB

EFB workflow

Use the custom EFB for SimBrief, Navigraph, ground operations, takeoff and landing performance, weather, and checklist work.

Updated Latest published version

The EFB manual describes a custom-built EFB with SimBrief OFP and Navigraph Charts integration, aircraft options, ground operations, takeoff and landing performance calculations, live METAR requests, checklists, brightness, lock, and night mode controls.

Open and power the EFB

The manual says the EFB can be hidden or shown by clicking the window frame below it, and powered by pressing the Home button.

Use the Home menu

Launch apps by clicking their icons and return to the Home menu with the Home button. If buttons are difficult to press, the manual recommends moving the camera position because of a simulator limitation.

Adjust operating options

Brightness is adjusted from the battery icon menu, while EFB Lock and Night Mode are toggled from the same pop-up. Aircraft options may take a few seconds to take effect.
