The longest and heaviest member of the Classic family, with an MTOW of up to 68 tons.

The Limo

At just over 36 meters, the 737-400 is the longest and heaviest member of the 737 Classic family. Favored for its high passenger capacity, powerful CFM56-3C1 engines rated at 22K or 23.5K and long range, the aircraft saw widespread use amongst holiday and charter airlines, remaining in service with many of them today. This is the only Classic variant for which the winglets were never offered.
