How do I recieve support for my product?
Please open a ticket in CSS Launcher. The support response is sent to the email address you specified during registration.
Where can I find the aircraft documentation?
You can open the documentation folder directly from the CSS Launcher by selecting your aircraft in the Library tab and clicking on Aircraft docs in the top right. The documentation is stored at ...\CSS Software\CSS Launcher\Docs and Community\css-aircraft-b737-X00\Docs after installation.
Which simulators are supported?
CSS 737 Classic supports Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024.
How does the temporary license model work?
Current pricing is $5 for 30 days or $50 for 365 days. Temporary licenses can only be renewed manually; there is no automatic charge after expiry. Temporary licenses are available exclusively via the CSS Launcher and become unavailable if you purchase one of the individual 737 Classic variants.
What happens when my temporary license expires?
When a remporary license expires, the aircraft systems become deactivated until the subscription is renewed manually. One-time purchase permanent licenses are always valid.
What payment options do you offer?
In the CSS Launcher, we offer payment via PayPal, card payment through Stripe or cryptocurrency. You can also purchase our products at one of our Partner Stores using the payment options available there.
Do you provide refunds?
No refunds are provided after purchase. If you are unsure, please try the 30-day license first.
Is constant internet required?
A constant internet connection is not required for the whole flight. Internet is required to initialize the aircraft when starting a flight; if your internet is disconnected during the flight, the flight can still be finished.
