Support tickets
Check known issues first, then submit a ticket with product, simulator version, issue category, description, and attachments.
Support for the CSS 737 is provided only via the CSS Launcher. If you are encountering CSS Launcher issues, the manual lists support@css.aero. The Support tab lets you choose product, MSFS 2020 or 2024, issue category, known issues, description, and attachments with a 1mb limit.
Check known issues first
Select the product, simulator version, and issue category. If your issue appears in the known issues box, the development team is aware of it and no further action is needed.
Submit a ticket for new issues
If the issue is not listed, describe it in the text box and add attachments that can help support reproduce or diagnose the problem.
Respect attachment limits
The manual states there is a 1mb limit on attachments. If logs or screenshots exceed the limit, prepare a smaller focused attachment or ask support for the preferred delivery method.
